Welcome to SunWizardAI, a mobile application owned and operated by BTM Cloud Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SunWizardAI mobile application and related services (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SunWizardAI is an AI-powered informational tool that provides general sunscreen and sun exposure guidance. The App is not intended for medical use and does not provide diagnoses or treatment.

All recommendations are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

• The App's SPF and sunscreen recommendations are based on AI-generated analysis, not medical evaluation
• The App does not diagnose skin conditions, allergies, or diseases
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist if you have questions or concerns about your skin, health, or medical conditions
• Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read or received from the App

The App may offer an optional feature allowing users to upload or capture a photo to assist in determining skin characteristics. By choosing to use this feature, you acknowledge:

• Photo use is optional and not required to use the App
• Photos are used only for skin type analysis to provide SPF recommendations
• Photos are not used for facial recognition or identification
• Photos are automatically deleted within 7 days
• You may request deletion at any time

You must provide explicit consent within the App before using this feature.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If under this age, use is permitted only with parental or guardian supervision.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are estimates and not guaranteed
• Results may vary due to environmental and personal factors
• The Company does not guarantee outcomes or accuracy

Your use of the App is governed by the SunWizardAI Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of the App
• Reliance on recommendations
• Skin reactions or sun-related outcomes

Use of the App is at your own risk.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Certain features of the App may not be available in all jurisdictions. Access may be restricted based on location.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
